Do you offer Gift Wrapping?

Yes, we sure do! If you would like your purchase gift wrapped for that special someone, we will gladly package the merchandise in Our Holiday Art Wrap along with a card that has your message.

What type of payment do you accept?

PayPal Handles all of our accounting, We only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Cash if your close and checks from familiares. No cod's

Do you charge Sales Tax?

Sales tax is charged to California residents. Please note that our policies are subject to change.

Where do you ship?

We do not offer international shipping at this time, we're sorry. It will be offered soon, we promise. We are also unable to ship to PO Boxes using Fed Ex.

How quickly do you ship?

Single or small quantity orders that are placed Monday-Friday before 5pm (PST) will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will be shipped within 72 hours pending availability and credit verification. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Custom orders are subject to pre-arranged dates and are listed on each Agreement Contract.

What shipping service do you use?

We offer Ground, 2 day, and overnight service through Fed-Ex. Added fee's will apply.

What is the cost of shipping?

$2 ALWAYS AND ANYWHERE.

Normal rates apply to Packages over 5lb. and Urgent or Rushed Deliveries.

Return Policy

We accept returns for exchange only within 10 days of the original ship date pertaining to a quality in craft issue only.. .

All returned items must bein good condition (that means fresh and new.)

Please note that Aerosthetiks does not carry responsibility for any returned items damaged or lost in the mail.
